Language Arts, European Studies and Theatre Arts - However, the increment in accommodation fees affects all halls of residence in the institution The University of Ibadan (UI) has increased its fees for tuition and accommodation, for undergraduates at the institution, The Cable reports. Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke is the Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. He is a foremost youth leader, and a social equality advocate.
