  • (b)Physics
  • (c)Chemistry

How to Apply for MOUAU Supplementary Form

Interested candidates should apply in writing to the Chairman of the University Admissions Board stating the following:
  • Name:
  • JAMB Registration number
  • JAMB Subjects and scores
  • Screening Score
  • Course sat for in JAMB
  • Two alternative Courses of choice, in order of priority (from the list,1 –15 above).

Submission of Application Letter for the MOUAU Supplementary Form

Applications should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, Admin. Building, Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.

Closing date for MOUAU Supplementary Application

Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke is the Speaker of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. He is a foremost youth leader, and a social equality advocate.
